2010 Triathlon - 25^th April 2010

Following on from the success of the first two XLP Research Trust Triathlons, the beautiful market town of Romsey will again play host to a professionally run 20 mile triathlon event where all proceeds will got to the charity. The event is open to both individuals and teams of three and we are expecting somewhere in the region of 150 individuals and teams to take part.

The 20 mile triathlon will comprise of:

• 0.25 mile swim = 16 lengths of a swimming pool
• 16.25 mile bike ride
• 3.5 mile run
