One of the most successful ways of fund raising is to set up a local fund raising group. Such a group now exists in Romsey, UK and below are details of some past and forthcoming events:- The group have already run a number of successful events including:- Paintball Challenge – at Delta Paintball Centre, Romsey. Come in teams of 8 (aged 14+) and get playing. Tickets cost £20.00 each and include entry and first 100 paintballs. There are tables of 10,8 and 6 available. If you would like to be part of a group or host a table please let us know. Tickets cost £20.00 each. More details including online registration can be found at http://www.walkthetestway.co.uk Table Top Sale - The launch event for the charity in our home town of Romsey. Almost a £1,000 raised! We sold lots of Peter XLP Bears and cakes. Thank you Romsey! Great South Run - The charity had 3 brave souls who braved this half marathon and were sponsored by lots of friends and family for the charity. There was a little competition to see who came in first….. Promises Evening - This was a fabulous night with some amazing promises up for auction and raised a lot of money for the charity. A huge amount of work - thank you! Christmas Charity Fairs, November and December 2005. The charity was represented at a number of fairs and lots of nice gifts were sold. Peter XLP Bear proved very popular! Table Top Sale - Never were so many cakes baked and successfully sold. Thanks ladies!
